Optimist Club International – St. Andrews

Roger serves on the board for the Optimist Club of St. Andrews. The Optimist Club of St. Andrews is a community service organization of men and women dedicated to helping the youth in their area. They show their passion for youth by supporting organizations, schools and activities dedicated to serving them. Their activities are funded by several fundraisers each year which allow them to impact the lives of thousands of local children annually.

Roger serves on the board for the Greater Irmo Chamber of Commerce. The Greater Irmo Chamber of Commerce is proud to serve as the home of the Irmo Welcome Center and a place for the thriving Irmo business community to come together and collaborate.

NAIFA

Roger serves on the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors – South Carolina board. Founded in 1890, this organization is by far the oldest professional financial advisory association in existence today. NAIFA is geared towards providing insurance professionals, benefits specialists, and financial advisors with professional and legislative support. This organization recognizes the critical role that insurance plays in financial planning, and seeks to enhance the insurance industry by promoting ethical conduct among its members, as well as helping its members enhance their skills and level of education in the business.

AAC – Greater South Carolina

Roger serves on the Agents Advisory Council for the Greater South Carolina General Office of New York Life Insurance Company. The Greater South Carolina’s AAC is a group of 7 New York Life agents that have a certain level of success called Council level. The AAC meets every month to discuss with the company’s management any issues that they are presented with.
